All services performed by EZ Vent Cleaning include a 3-month workmanship warranty from the date of service.

This applies to residential homes, condos, apartments, multi-unit buildings, and commercial properties.

Services covered under this warranty include:

  • Icono de check Air duct cleaning services.
  • Icono de check Dryer vent reroutes using galvanized pipe.
  • Icono de check Booster fan removals.
  • Icono de check DryerBox® recessed box installations.
  • Icono de check Roof or wall dryer termination replacements.
  • Icono de check Bird guard / screen removal and correction.
  • Icono de check Vent line corrections for code compliance.
  • Icono de check Any metal duct connections, clamps, and seals performed during service.

What this warranty covers:

  • Icono de check The quality of the work performed during your service visit.
  • Icono de check Re-securing, resealing, or adjusting connections that were serviced by our team.
  • Icono de check Corrections related to our installation or workmanship when applicable.

What this warranty does NOT cover:

Dryer vent systems begin collecting lint immediately after use. This warranty does not cover issues caused by normal use after the service visit.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Icono de check New lint buildup due to regular dryer use.
  • Icono de check Excessive lint caused by long vent runs, high usage, or improper dryer settings.
  • Icono de check Blockages caused after service by roofers, contractors, remodeling, pest activity, or debris.
  • Icono de check Dryer appliance malfunctions (heating element, blower motor, sensors, error codes, etc.).
  • Icono de check Damage caused by other contractors or homeowner modifications after our visit.
  • Icono de check Vent systems that are altered, disconnected, or rerouted by anyone other than EZ Vent Cleaning.
  • Icono de check Storm damage, roof leaks, or exterior damage unrelated to our work.

5-Year DryerJack® Warranty (Product Warranty)

When EZ Vent Cleaning installs a DryerJack® roof termination, it includes a 5-year manufacturer product warranty.

This covers:

  • Icono de check Manufacturer defects in the DryerJack® termination unit itself.

Important notes:

  • Icono de check This is a manufacturer warranty, not a workmanship warranty.
  • Icono de check EZ Vent Cleaning will assist with documentation and guidance for any valid warranty claim.
  • Icono de check Normal wear, storm damage, roof issues, or outside damage are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Validity Requirements

To keep your warranty valid:

  • Icono de check The vent system must remain in the same condition as it was at the time of service.
  • Icono de check The vent line must not be modified by another contractor.
  • Icono de check Any concerns must be reported within the warranty window for inspection.
